Redbird Glass was founded in 2011 by Ryan, a former United States Marine with over 30 years of experience in the glass industry. His time in the Marines instilled a discipline, work ethic, and attention to detail that carry through into every job he takes on. Ryan takes pride in treating each project as if it were his own, ensuring every customer receives high-quality workmanship and reliable service.

Beyond his career, Ryan is a proud father of three and grandfather of two. Originally from Indiana, he has always carried a strong sense of Midwestern values — honesty, hard work, and community. In his free time, Ryan enjoys watching sports, especially cheering for the Green Bay Packers and following NASCAR. Whether on the job site or at home, Ryan’s focus is on family, commitment, and doing things the right way.

In 2020, Anthony joined the company, beginning his journey in the family trade. Working side by side with Ryan, Anthony is dedicated to learning the craft of glasswork, expanding his skills, and carrying forward the values that Redbird Glass was built on. His curiosity and eagerness to grow ensure that every project he works on is done with both care and precision.

When he’s not working, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family — especially his niece and nephew — as well as relaxing with his beloved cat and blowfish. A sports enthusiast like his dad, Anthony supports the Arizona Cardinals. He also has a passion for astronomy, often exploring the stars when he gets the chance.

From the very beginning, Catherine has been at the heart of Redbird Glass. As a mother of three and grandmother of two, family has always been her guiding force — and that same love and care are what she brings to the business every day. Catherine was the one who encouraged Ryan to grow the company in 2011, and she continues to play a key role in its success.

Catherine manages customer contact and prepares quotes, ensuring every client receives clear communication and personal attention. Known for her friendly and caring approach, she works hard to make every customer feel valued and supported, building the kind of relationships that set a family-owned business apart.

Outside of work, Catherine loves spending time in nature. Whether it’s going for side-by-side rides, camping, or exploring the Payson area, she finds peace and joy outdoors. She’s also an excellent cook — her grandson will tell anyone that her noodles with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and meatballs are the best. When she’s not in the kitchen, Catherine enjoys walking her dogs, sharing time with family, and continuing to inspire the growth of the business she helped nurture from the ground up.
